* Can I purchase an already made piece from your gallery? *

-All orders will be custom made from scratch.

If you would like a previously created piece, please contact me for availability and pricing.

* What is the process for a custom order? *

-Place your order from the custom listing, and pay the $15 deposit/consult fee.

-I will reach out within 24-48 hours at the phone number you provide to discuss the best time for a consultation/begin consult.

-We will discuss your ideas, the price range you are working with, and turnaround time.

-Allow 1-2 weeks for creation, and additional time for shipping.

-$15 deposit will go towards the final payment.

-If you are dissatisfied with the product, I will make necessary adjustments with ONE revision to no additional cost to you, (a 2nd revision requires another deposit).

-Once any revisions are made, deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE

(Please keep in mind that love, time, and materials go into each creation.)

* I don’t see a shipping cost, is it free? *

-Shipping will be discussed during consultation, and is not included, unless that is agreed upon during the consult.

-If you are purchasing loc jewelry, you will be contacted with shipping cost after your order is placed.

* Do you sell loose crystals? *

* I changed my mind, can I return/exchange? *

-As it turns out…there are no refunds/exchanges. If an adjustment or repair is needed, please reach out.

-While I am an independent, small business, I do not have the capacity to take returns on custom product.

-I also cannot accept returns on loc/braid jewelry due to the personal nature of the product, i.e. hair.
